  REGISTRATION: 10:30 Pizza Ranch, 502 Norway Avemue in Mitchell.You will leave your cases here for concert and transit ride to perfomances all over Mitchell.
  REHEARSAL: 11:30 am, Board Palace transit to ride and arrive at the performance site. Players with thier instrments only. Limit of 16.
  PARKING: Use good judgement.
  NOTE: ATTN: TubaChristmas perfomrances =are scheduled to be performed at six local assisted living centers & two grocery stores in MITCHELL, SD DECEMBER 17TH, all players are encouraged to join. Players will need a personal copy (official) music book-"Carols for a Merry TubaChristmas®". Music books may be purchased through your coordinator for $25.00; Leila Kentmeister 605-770-9995. Also, inquire about our hats & scarves for sale at registration. Again, contact your coordinator for more information regarding this event and the Pierre, SD event on December 3rd . Performer registration is $10.00USD and includes a commemorative 2023 TubaChristmas® button.
